The Maruti Brezza is powered by a 1.5-liter K15C petrol engine putting out 103 BHP of power and 137 Nm of torque. It’s a naturally aspirated unit with DOHC technology. The engine accepts a 5-speed manual transmission and a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. On the CNG version, the same engine makes a little less power – 88 BHP with 121.5 Nm of torque.

Maruti Brezza has a price range spanning from ₹ 8.69 lakh to ₹ 14.14 lakh. It begins with the LXI variant priced at ₹ 8.69 lakh, and the upper variant ZXI Plus AT DT costs ₹ 14.14 lakh. For CNG, prices begin at ₹ 9.64 lakh and range to ₹ 12.37 lakh. Tata Nexon prices vary from ₹ 8.00 lakh till ₹ 15.40 lakh. Although almost the same price-wise, Brezza will offer better mileage, low maintenance, higher resale, and a reputation for Maruti’s widespread network of service centers. That only boosts its value proposition.
